2. Services

FHG Painting LLC provides residential and commercial painting services — including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, drywall repair, and stucco repair — in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Phoenix, and the greater East Valley, Arizona. Services are subject to availability and scheduling. Submitting a request form or contacting us does not guarantee service availability or a confirmed appointment. A team member will follow up to confirm scheduling and provide an estimate.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided — whether online, by phone, or in person — are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions discovered upon inspection, such as surface damage, prep work, or repairs not visible until work begins. No work will begin without your written or verbal approval of the quoted price. We do not charge for estimates.

4. SMS & Phone Communication Consent

By opting in to SMS or phone communications via our website forms, you agree to receive service-related text messages and/or phone calls from FHG Painting LLC at the number provided. This includes appointment confirmations, reminders, dispatch notifications, and estimate follow-ups. You understand that:

6. Limitation of Liability

FHG Painting LLC's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or from your use of this website. We carry liability insurance on all jobs. 7. Warranty

We stand behind our work. If a workmanship issue we addressed — such as peeling, bubbling, cracking finish, or missed coverage — recurs within 30 days of project completion due to our workmanship, we will return to assess and resolve the issue at no additional labor charge. This warranty does not cover issues unrelated to our original work, damage caused by third parties, pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of estimate, or normal wear and tear. Materials and products are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. This allows us to serve other customers in your area efficiently. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to prioritize your future service requests.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of FHG Painting LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
